“Grand Reopening” …They reopened after the renovation and new addition to the Redmond Center Plaza is completed. They are the first store to open in the new building. This is my first time. Clean store space. Good lunch specials $6.40. Thursday was Teriyaki + Katsu. Portions are good. Taste is perfect..

“Best Teriyaki I’ve Had…” Bar none. It’s quick, absolutely delicious, and large portions … enough for two lunches! I recommend the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. It’s to die for.

“Best around!” With lots of kids in sports, we’re on the run a lot. A good teriyaki chicken or pork is a nice meal choice and this is a GOOD one! Portions are generous and are cooked just right – not too overflavored, not too dry. I’ll be back!

“Great Yak!!!” I work right next door to Niko and have been going there on a daily basis for 5 months now. I’ve gotten to know the owner who is very friendly, and by now all I have to do is walk in and they will have my food prepared in no time! The lunch special is very well priced and tastes great, too. Make sure to go in on Thursday when the special is Katsu and Teriyaki Chicken for (around) $6.00; that is my favorite lunch special. But they also have Chicken and Eggroll and Chicken and Gyoza as lunch specials as well (C&G Monday and Friday, C&E Tuesdays and Saturday, C&K Thursday). The brown rice is awesome, too! They will always give you a ton of food… it took me a while to get to the point where I could eat it all in one sitting! They do it right at Niko!

“Best teriyaki!” I’ve been going to Niko’s for over 10 years, it’s consistently been the best teriyaki restaurant I’ve found on the Eastside. The portions are generous and tasty, and the prices are fair. I always try to stop by if I’m in the area and jonesin’ for some yummy teriyaki, and my family always is eager for me to bring dinner home when I’m in Redmond. In addition to their delicious teriyaki, they make terrific yakisoba and tempura, which is never greasy. Highly recommended!
